Please allow 72 hours for your order to be processed.

Most orders are sent by UPS: When you check out of our online store, UPS will automatically compute shipping charges based on weight, and will give you several shipping options to choose from. Note that the number of shipping days indicated is in addition to the 3 days it may take to process your order.

Fabric Samples Orders: Samples-only orders will be sent by U.S. mail. There are no shipping charges for fabric samples.

30-day Return Policy:

With a few exceptions listed below, all items may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Returned items must be unused and unlaundered, and they must be shipped to us within 30 days of the day you received them. (There is no time limit on fabric samples. They can be returned anytime for a full refund.)

Exceptions:

• All sales are final on cut yardage and custom orders. Please order fabric samples first, and measure carefully, before placing your order.
  
• All sales are final on clearance items.
  
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
